KIRANT SUNUWAR ANNUAL GET TOGETHER PARTY INSTRUCTION

INRODUCTION: Annual get together party is held once a year in view to unite all Sunuwars and meet each other share SUKHA DUKHA KA KURA HARU. Furthermore due to hectic life of the UK it is not possible to meet each other even next door neighbour every day. This is the only day we could meet and have chat with members and relatives residing various places .More importantly it is our responsible to preserve our culture and tradition and pass it over to to next generation. The fourth annual get together party is taking place at Oak farm Community School Farnborough on Saturday 2nd of Oct. 2010.
AIM: The aim of this instruction is to provide general information and allocate tasks for Get Together Party.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Ram Kumar Sunuwar as you are first aider could you please arrange a first aid box with full kit on the day. Members are suggested not to consume alcohol if you are driving, Drink and driving is strictly prohibited in the UK rules. So if you drink ask friend for lift.
SECURITY: According to event rules in Oak Farm Community School we are told to provide 2 security officers on the day therefore Bhakta Sunuwar and Chhatra sunuwar are requested to bring SIA License and play role as a security officer on the day. Security is individuals concern all parents are responsible for look after their children throughout the event.
TICKETING: Assistance treasurer and Pushpa Sunuwar are responsible for selling tickets and set up ticketing place before people arrive. It is suggested that enough coins are to be arranged.
DRINKS: We are not selling any drinks ourselves on the day however Pandap Sunuwar is requested to look after availability of drinks on the day.
FOOD: Food is provided by restaurant. We need to keep an eye on to make sure sufficient food is available therefore Ram Sunuwar is responsible for look after the food stall.
PA SYSTEM: Bishnu and Nawraj Bhanjas are responsible for PA SYSTEM. They are requested to provide enough songs CD both modern and old songs.
MEDIA: Mrs Bawana sunuwar and Prakash Sunuwar are responsible for writing articles and taking photographs.
ENTERTAINMENT: Avishek Sunuwar is responsible for making announcement and run the entertainment programme as per programme table.
CONCLUSION: It is not possible to run any event without your support lets hold hands together and make the event successful. I kindly request all members to give hand cleaning the hall end of the function before we disappear.
